I was able to arrange a quick trip to Tucson over the Labor Day weekend. It was a very productive and informative couple of days for my son and I. I knew that I was certain that I was going to relocate to the area, it was just a matter of determining when that would be and naturally, finding the right property. Unfortunately after finishing work that fall, I had a difficult medical experience that changed my timeline. It wound up being a matter of months for my recovery. From the initial weekend of showings throughout my convalescence, Peggy had my on a a listing alert through email for properties in my price range, in the geographic areas that I had interest in. Additionally, Peggy reached out directly to me to make sure that I was well and to ensure that I was still interested in pursuing my desire to head to Tucson. This summer I am employed by the National Park Service, working at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. On a whim, over the 4th of July weekend I took a road trip to Tucson, just to explore the area further and make certain that this was truly where I wanted to live. In my time there I drove by a few homes for sale, check out some open houses and just snooped around. I discovered a property that I was extremely interested in and texted Peggy asking her if she had time to show it to me the following day, the 5th. She did not know that I was in town, but said absolutely and made the arrangements. After viewing the property I was certain this home was exactly what I was looking for and Peggy prepared the offer and submitted it to the listing agent. The offer was accepted and we closed the transaction with a financing package in 18 days. The experience and professionalism that Peggy has, has made this all possible.
